Report something
If a listing, a photo or a text on VinylBuddy breaks the law, report it to us here. You do not need an account for this. You report a review with the “Report review” link on the review itself; the address then fills in on its own.
This form is our notice procedure under Article 16 of the Digital Services Act. A problem with one of your own orders is not settled here but with the seller: on the order page you can write to them.
What happens to your report
- You will immediately receive a confirmation by email with a link to your report.
- We review your report and decide whether to remove the content.
- You will receive our decision with reasons and can contest it for six months.
- We only pass your name on to the seller if we remove the listing and it is strictly necessary.
